Get clear. Build the system. Believe in yourself.

No need to figure this out alone.

Coaching is for the moments when you know what you want for your family or for yourself, but cannot see how to get there. We start by getting clear on what is actually in your way, then we build the systems, skills, and confidence to move forward. You leave each session with something specific to try, not just something to think about.

Offerings

  • Most parents want to raise capable, confident kids in a home that feels steady. The work of getting there is rarely about loving your kid more or trying harder. It is about having the right systems, the right communication, and the belief that you can do this well.

I help parents build the practical structures that take the daily friction out of family life and the inner confidence to lead with intention instead of reactivity.

    Areas we work on:

    • Allowance and money systems that build financial skills without daily fights

    • Technology and phone boundaries that hold (without making you the villain)

    • Time management and household routines for kids who cannot seem to start and parents who feel like the family scheduler

    • Communication routines that keep you connected as your teen pulls away

    • Boundaries around friends, sleepovers, social events, and the questions you did not know to ask

    • Believing in your own parenting when the noise of advice and comparison gets loud

    • Building a home culture where your teen learns to believe in themselves

The systems are personalized to your family. We work on what is actually happening in your home, not theoretical frameworks.

Parenting a middle schooler specifically? My online masterclass Making the Middle is the foundation, and coaching is where we take that foundation and customize it to your family.

  • For teens who want to feel more capable, more confident, and more in control of their own lives. We work together on the skills, communication, and self-knowledge that make these years feel less like something happening to you and more like something you are navigating well.

    What we work on:

    • Capability: building real-world skills, taking on hard things, knowing what you are good at

    • Empowerment: finding your voice, advocating for yourself, making decisions with confidence

    • Communication: with parents, friends, teachers, and the people who matter to you

    • Confidence: speaking up, handling mistakes, taking healthy risks, recovering from setbacks

    • Friendship and social navigation: reading situations, handling conflict, finding your people

    • Goals and follow-through: figuring out what you actually want and building habits to get there

    • Managing stress and big feelings without falling apart

    • Identity: who you are, what you want, who you want to become

Sessions feel like working with someone who is on your side. You leave each session knowing yourself a little better, with something specific to try, and with the belief that you can actually do this.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Once I am working with a coaching client, you must stay on the coaching track. If you find you need therapy, I am happy to make a referral to an appropriate provider.

  • Therapy is for people working with a licensed mental health clinician on challenges that fall under a diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or self-harm. Coaching is for people who want support building skills, establishing systems, and growing in specific directions, but do not need clinical-level mental health support.

  • Insurance companies do not cover the cost of coaching. All payments are made via credit card.

  • I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule (in-person or virtual). Otherwise, the full cost of the session will be charged.description

  • That depends on what we have set out to accomplish. Some clients work with me for a few weeks on one specific challenge. Others stay for months or work together across a full school year. We will discuss timing during your discovery call.

  • Coaching sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as intensives. We will figure out the cadence that fits your needs and your schedule.

  • Yes. Sessions are available virtually, and many of my coaching clients are not local to St. Louis.

  • It depends on the teen, the age, and what we are working on. Some teens do coaching entirely on their own, and parents are only involved at the start and at check-in points. For younger teens or family-system work, parents are more involved. We will talk through what makes sense for your situation during the discovery call.

  • Results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. What I can promise is that I will be fully present, prepared, and committed to your work.
